Price Increase Announcement October 2022

PetCubes takes pride in being a home-grown premium fresh pet food brand by offering the highest quality products formulated and tested by our own Ph.D Wildlife Nutritionist, Dr Francis Cabana. We work hard to achieve the exacting AAFCO nutritional criteria to ensure that all PetCubes are nutritionally balanced and complete, and we are committed to continuing to do so.

This means the continuation of using only human-grade ingredients in all our formulas - no exceptions, ever. To stay committed to these values that lie at the core of our company, we will be adjusting our prices from 13 October 2022. This will allow us to choose the most reliable suppliers and upkeep the quality of our offered products. Our R&D team will also be able to continue offering you limited edition formulas that will delight your dogs and cats throughout the year, allowing them to enjoy the seasonal festivities as much as you do.

Furthermore, we will be bringing you better offers that include various protein bundles to meet your needs. We are also excited to announce our new buying option, “Build Your Own Box”, for an improved shopping experience which allows you to personalize your choice of proteins in a single case.
 

The BYOB option is an upgrade from the previous mix cases option as it offers higher flexibility during purchase:

1. BYOB allows customers to choose from a wider variety of protein options (removing the divide between regular and premium protein options) that were previously not available to each mixes of each respective ranges; and
2. Each BYOB order allow customers to tailor the specific number of trays of each protein, instead of being allocated based on stock availability.

The affected mix protein options being replaced by BYOB are:

• Gently Cooked & Raw Regular Mix
• Gently Cooked & Raw Premium Mix
• Senior Mix
• Puppy Mix

With higher flexibility of the BYOB option, the pricing of each BYOB order will also be calculated based on the following:

All orders made before 13 October 2022 will be based on the current price. Please do note that the goods have to be delivered within the next 2 weeks of ordering and delivery slots are subjected to availability. Subscribers will continue to enjoy the lower pricing before the cut-off date, until their next renewal.
