There will be no returns or refunds for perishable goods once the frozen products have left our facility. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please kindly contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order.

All replacement and exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the rights to reject replacement or exchange requests according to the conditions of the returned products or any other unforeseen conditions.

For avoidance of doubt, we are unable to replace or exchange for the following:

  1. Your pet does not like the flavour
  2. The items do not look fresh or aesthetically pleasing to you
  3. The items are not stored in the stipulated requirements as per the product’s labels
  4. The items have been disposed

Please be reminded that a one-time exchange is only allowed for each purchase. The exchange has to be done in-person at our facility.

If incorrect goods are delivered, please kindly notify us immediately (within 24 hours) upon receiving it. The goods must be unopened and in its original packaging. For frozen goods, it must remain in a frozen condition.

PetCubes reserves the right to modify the mechanism of exchange, returns and processing refunds, at any time without notice.
